FAQ : You often ask these questions :

When do I pay ? : Deposit of 350 as soon as you wish to confirm your enrollment, and then rest of the bill on arrival. It is possible to split the payment, but as you can see, you receive a discount when you pay the full price in advance (i.e. if you plan to stay 8 weeks you can either pay 1097 and then 1097 again after 4 weeks (=2184) ,or pay only 2009 if you choose to pay in advance). |

How can I pay ? All the payments can be made by transfer or credit card (using our secured form on page [enrollment] ), as well as traveller checks in euros or cash in euros. |

Can I arrive sooner or leave later ? Yes, providing your room is free. Cost of full board accommodation for 1 day : 35 |

Can I be refunded ? Yes*, no matter your reasons (but any week begun has to be fullly paid) Deposit is not refunded (but can be used for an other stay within the year) * Warning ! refund is not possible if you obtained a residential card, via our documents (except if you have to leave France, in case of an absolute necessity) |
